She is a graduate of the University of Abuja and had a Second Class upper division from the Nigerian Law School.

She has about a decade experience in advising Clients on various aspects of Corporate and Commercial Law.

Toluwalase offers expert advice on company formation, company secretariat, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, intellectual property, labour and employment, e-commerce real estate among others.

Toluwalase is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN), a Designate Compliance Professional of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA SBL).
